My son just noted that a Cuban entomologist should never go to Puerto Rico and say that he wants to study bugs.

You can imagine the horror in my house. I married into a Puerto Rican family (I am from El Salvador) and to Salvadorans a "bicho" is simply a grunt kid or little brat. My parents call my son "bicho feo" or daughter "bicha fea" to us it's a term of endearment. My mother in law was not to pleased. (until I explained of course).
